Minor parts will be shipped against shipping costs after a problem has been diagnosed.

Does not include any major parts such as controller, laser, radial spindle, servo motor, encoder, stepper motors, stepper motor drivers, electronic boards or monitor.

Does not include any service or maintenance visits. Service visits if necessary will be invoiced at a fixed rate per visit.

The contract is valid for one year starting with the day of purchase.

The contract will expire automatically without notification unless it is explicitely renewed.
